This theory assumed that employees are more motivated with more pay and confined communication to solely addressing the economic needs of a business organisation’s employees. Administrative management seeks to create an organizational structure that leads to high efficiency and effectiveness. Organizational structure is the system of task and authority relationships that control how employees use resources to achieve the organization’s goals. Among those theorists of administrative management were Max Weber (1864 -1920) and his theory of bureaucracy that espouses a formal system of organization and administration designed to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
